This position reports to

HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to perform day to day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle, compensation and payroll. You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role contributes to the HR Operational Services Division in HR Services Business Area in Dalmine (BG). You will be mainly accountable for: • Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s). • Supporting employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool). • Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. • Performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. • Maintaining an high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. • Providing on-demand reports related to the process, where required. • Supporting the team on ad hoc activities.

Qualifications for the role

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree and you are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. SAP skills are a nice to have
  • You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation. You have analytical skills and good attention to details.
  • Possess a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude
