In order to strengthen our structure we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be the point of contact for all HR topics for our business areas. Will be responsible to support leaders and Cerved Group HR function in defining, developing and executing the People Strategy that enables the achievement of the business strategy and the improvement of the employee experience. In particular, the person will cover the following activities:

• Partnering with people managers to deliver the business strategy;
• Act as focal point to collect and understand people and business needs in terms of learning, career development, compensation etc.;
• Analyze data to guide business decisions;
• Ensuring compliance with italian labour legislation in all the interactions between organization and employees;
• Managing full life cycle recruting processes from job posting & screening to HR interviews, offer negotiation and feedback, partnering with Hiring Managers in order to choose the best candidates for the organization.

The person we are looking for:

• Is graduated in Law, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other similar fields;
• Developed a 3 to 5 years experience in HR positions (ideally as HR Business Partner) in structured companies or consulting firms;
• Has a good knowledge of Italian labour law;
• Has strong relational skills and is able to interact with internal and external stakeholders showing empathy, proactivity and business acumen;
• Has good problem solving skills and analytical attitude;
• Has an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fluent English.

The person will be based in San Donato Milanese; short business trips within Italy or abroad could be required. #LI-SC2
