As a Digital Production Support Analyst, you will work within the Digital Enablement Team providing support for production issues and monitoring for multiple Digital channels across


Responsibilities:

• Monitor and raise issues as they arise across all Digital channels.
• Support the resolution of live issues as they arise.
• Ensure all agreed control mechanisms are in place and that there is sufficient evidence to prove that they are happening.
• Build credibility and establish good working relationships with the business, other teams within IT, Group IT / IT Services and 3rd parties.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
• Analytical skills - capable of evaluating information and providing clear interpretation to team members and management
• Experience of using JIRA and Confluence IT systems
• Good understanding of how business and technical processes operate in sectors such as Banking and Technology

This is a Permanent position based in Permanent TSB's in Cork office.
