Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Hourly rate: € 13,00

Key responsibilities:

  • To have the overall responsibility for the practical organisation of the day-to-day cleaning operations,
  • In consultation with the Area Manager, to identify the number of cleaning staff required to maintain a clean teaching

environment,

  • To maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule of all internal areas
  • To plan on rosters,

To complete audits,

  • Maintain cleaning staff attendance logs and timesheets,
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day personnel management of the cleaning staff,
  • Identify formal and informal training needs for all cleaning staff,
  • To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed.

About you:

  • Previous manager experience

Good knowledge of the cleaning procedures,

  • Basic computer skills preferred,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Pro-activity in role important,
  • Good timekeeping,
  • Be able to work alone or as part of a team,
  • Basic Health and Safety understanding,
  • Flexible approach.
