Duties:

• Administration duties
• Liaising with the team
• Customer Service and dealing with orders
• Answering phones
• Posting orders
• Arranging shop Appointments
• Responding to customers queries via telephone, email, and the shop system.
• Other ad hoc duties as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong retail experience required , 1 Year Retail Management Required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office and basic IT / computer use
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Great communication skills and a friendly phone manner
• Team player and ability to work on own initiative.
