Description

Group COO is a vast and key division of the Bank, headed up by the group Chief Operating Officer, covering several departments supporting the client facing teams. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and reliably. The division comprises Operations, Finance, Credit Structuring and Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, General Services (real estate, travel and logistics), Security and Data Governance as well as Change Management & Controls. All department heads report into the group COO.


Mission

Project Management of strategic IT Infrastructure projects


Main responsibilities

IT Infrastructure project portfolio management

UBP Project Management Methodology enforcement

Assess and prioritize projects based on capacity, feasibility, risk and planning

Definition of the deliverables, business (functional) and technical (non functional) requirements and work plan for projects, and manage implementation and delivery

Cost and effort estimations

Ensure adequate communication and reporting

Respect architecture and infrastructure standards (E&O standards)

Manage internal and external suppliers

Coordinate with procurement for any purchasing activity

Technical Skills:

Strong infrastructure project management experience

Strong skills regarding the technical infrastructure systems (Network, Operating Systems, Monitoring Software, Database Systems…)

Focused on budget and deadlines at all times

Can efficiently manage multi-projects in parallel

Able to manage and coordinate actions, risks and dependencies within a multicultural environment.

Capable of dealing with very tight schedules

  • Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience

  • Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
  • Experience required: • Projects Management regarding infrastructure and system software (8-10yrs) • Continuous service improvement • Banking industry background • Data Center Migration • Network, storage, UNIX, Microsoft server, virtualization and citrix • Collaboration tools • Leading by respect attitude Experience in private banking: Optional


Language

  • English: Fluent French: Advanced
