Job Description

• Manage the AR Accounting
• Process and record transactions and maintain records regarding payments and accounts status
• Prepare cash receipts for customer payments
• Review accounts, customer’s payments, credit history and prepare credit limit changes
• Match payments to invoices, research and investigate any discrepancies. Work on collections of late payments.
• Perform various reconciliations
• Execute monthly and yearly sub-ledger closing for Accounts Receivables
• Generate reports and statements for both internal and external use
• Support the implementation of our new ERP System (Oracle)
• Always ensure compliance with business procedures (e.g. SOX, US-GAAP, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship as well as a completed further education within the Finance field (e.g. Sachbearbeiter/in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen or Bachelor’s degree)
• At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written. German and/or French skills are a plus.
• Proficient skills with MS Office, especially in-depth know-how with Excel is required
• Working experience with Oracle ERP System is highly advantageous
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
