We want You to help us provide the United Kingdom with more clean energy, especially with Battery Storage Solutions! And support us on the following tasks:

• Interface between our customers, Sungrow and Sungrow-Samsung SDI.
• Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Support EMEA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports to each.
  
  
  

Your profile

• Study in Electrical technician or Engineer.
• Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Good discipline, team spirit, and self-motivation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.
• Driving license and Willingness to travel.
