If so, Apple's Global Business Intelligence (GBI) team is seeking a UI Engineer to design and build beautiful, intuitive dashboards and data products - highly performant and highly scalable - that seamlessly transform data into actionable insight.
You will have the opportunity to engage directly with key business partners to understand their needs. Working closely with a talented team of engineers and data scientists you will deliver data solutions that harness the potential of AI/ML and innovative technologies to ensure maximum business impact.
The Global Business Intelligence team provides a wide range of data solutions to business groups right across Apple. The ideal candidate should have passion for building analytics solutions to enable our business partners to make time sensitive and critical decisions.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in technologies like HTML5, Node JS & React JS
Hands on experience of Business Intelligence & analytics projects
Hands on experience on Java and Python is a plus
Exposure to cloud methodologies and experience with AWS is a plus
Knowledge of database technologies like Snowflake and Singlestore is preferred.
Description
- Help design and build large scale internal analytics solutions that combine Cloud technologies, large datasets & ML
- Design and build front-end applications that are highly responsive and intuitive
- UI Standardisation of our existing solutions using the latest UI technologies to achieve top notch performance and the best possible user experience
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team, passionate for technology, R&D and Data Science.
- Be capable of assuming projects tasks with a high degree of diligence and autonomy.
Education & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines. Other and equivalent backgrounds may be considered.
