As a Sourcing / Outsourcing Risk Senior Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sourcing/outsourcing initiatives, from identifying sourcing / outsourcing requirements to monitor and report sourcing/outsourcing risks. You will work closely with sourcing / outsourcing stakeholders to ensure that sourcing / outsourcing initiatives are compliant with regulations, internal requirements.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Outsourcing requirements assessments:

• Collaborate with sourcing / outsourcing stakeholders to identify and document outsourcing needs and objectives
• Evaluate feasibility of outsourcing functions and processes
  
  

Risk assessment & regulatory compliance:

• Identify and assess potential risks associated with sourcing/ outsourcing initiatives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure that sourcing/outsourcing initiatives comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure all required internal and external approvals are in place for sourcing/outsourcing initiatives
• Work with internal and external audit
• Monitor and report ongoing performance of outsourcing initiatives to relevant stakeholders/committees
  
  

Relationship management:

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with sourcing/outsourcing stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Foster open communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals
• Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during sourcing/outsourcing projects
• Support sourcing / stakeholders in completion with their required oversight roles and act as a subject matter expert
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders involved in the sourcing / outsourcing risk assessment process
  
  

Process Improvement responsibilities:

• Actively identify areas within the end-to-end risk assessment process that can be enhanced for efficiency and effectiveness
• Explore opportunities to leverage data analytics and tools for more comprehensive risk analysis
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to third party risk management/sourcing/outsourcing and risk management
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Sound knowledge of outsourcing regulations and industry best practices
• Analytical personality and ability to understand complex information and effectively develop solutions
• Cooperative team-oriented approach, while able to complete tasks independently with a high-quality standard, even under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in economics or relevant certification in risk management, third party risk)
• 5-10 years’ experience in third party risk management / sourcing / outsourcing management, risk assessment or related roles
• Banking knowledge
