** Senior Project Manager – Work on projects in Saudi Arabia **
We are working on behalf of our client, recruiting a Senior Project Manager to work on projects in Saudi Arabia. Travel to Saudi Arabia will be required but flexible working arrangements are on offer. You will be working client side, on a range of projects in the Commercial and Industrial Construction Sectors.

Senior Project Manager – Key Responsibilities:Project Planning:
Collaborate with the client to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Management:
Assemble and lead a project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Budget and Cost Control:
Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
Implement cost-saving measures and negotiate contracts and change orders when necessary.
Schedule Management:
Develop and manage project schedules, tracking progress and milestones.
Identify and address schedule delays or issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality standards for construction work.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing client concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive client relationship.
Contract Administration:
Review and negotiate construction contracts and agreements.
Ensure that all parties involved comply with contractual obligations.
Reporting:
Prepare and present project status reports to the client and senior management.
Provide accurate and timely information on project progress, costs, and issues.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, permits, and correspondence.
Ensure that all project records are organized and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
