By joining one of KPMG’s ESG teams, you will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their sustainability transformation process.

Our Assurance sustainability services team members support our clients in projects to develop corporate sustainability and climate change reporting.

We are recruiting senior consultants with at least two to four years of experience in companies specialised in corporate sustainability/climate for our Office in Bologna.

Candidates will be assigned to the following areas:

  • methodological support in the preparation of sustainability reports and non-financial statements pursuant to Legislative decree no. 254/16;
  • checks of compliance with international sustainability reporting standards;
  • review of sustainability reports and non-financial statements pursuant to Legislative decree no. 254/16;
  • ESG due diligence.

Candidates should be business, engineering management/energy graduates or similar, with a strong interest in corporate sustainability and with prior experience in the development of sustainability reporting systems and the preparation of sustainability reports, as well as in-depth knowledge of the main international sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, etc.). Candidates must have an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Candidates must also be highly goal-oriented and have strong problem solving abilities, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. They must be client-focussed, enthusiastic and strongly career-oriented, team players and available to travel frequently.
