As of now we are looking for our office in Wallisellen in full-time for a Sales and Order Execution Administrator (m/f/d). Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Sales: Quotations, invoices follow-ups with customers
• Order execution & logistics: Preparation, documentation and execution of international shipments
• Communication with internal and external partners and forwarders
• Documentation for export control

Qualifikationen: Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Experience with international sales
• Experience with customs, international shipping, import and export handling
• Ability to communicate comfortably and efficiently in written and spoken English and German)
• Excellent computer skills MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Getting-things-done attitude
