About The Team You Are Joining

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Administration and Procurement, the Maintenance Technician will be part of a team involved with a variety of activities related to the Madrid office premises, including the Conference Center. You will support the Administration Team in the Madrid office at the reception area and help maintain the workplace, by showing a professional and impeccable attitude. This position is 100% on-site.

What Your Day Would Be Like

Responsible for reception tasks:

  • Mailing distribution & Courier management;
  • Provide access to new joiners in the Access Portal;
  • Facilitate daily list of visitors and meeting participants to Torre Europa building.

Meeting Rooms Set-up And Support To The Conference Center

  • Meeting rooms review & set-up for industry meetings;
  • Catering support: order and place the catering for industry meetings and/or meetings with visitors;
  • If required, provide assistance in placing the training materials.

Responsible For Office Maintenance

  • Maintenance of office premises such as lighting, air conditioning/heating office equipment or any other facility issue that should be escalated to Torre Europa;
  • Review on a bi-weekly basis all office floors to ensure that there are not any maintenance issue that should be reported to the supervisor;
  • Prepare the list for the supermarket order like coffee, milk & organize the supermarket deliveries in the storage.

Assist The Supervisor With Any Other Duties As Required.
