Overview:

Are you passionate about creating impactful training programs that empower teams and customers to unlock the full potential of innovative airport operations solutions? Join us as a Senior Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey for SITA’s Operations at Airports portfolio.


This role is integral to enabling self-sufficient, knowledgeable teams while reducing the time delivery teams spend on training, allowing them to focus on implementation. You’ll design and deliver effective programs that include Train the Trainer sessions, e-learning modules, and tailored customer training. As a key contributor to SITA’s growth strategy, you’ll help ensure customers see the value of our products, ultimately driving adoption and satisfaction.


What You Will Do


Develop and Deliver Training Programs

  • Build and deliver structured training for Business Analysts, Consultants, and customers, empowering them with tools for independence and success.
  • Adapt training content to meet the unique needs of highly configurable systems, such as AMS, ensuring relevance for each airport’s specific setup.
  • Lead efforts to develop and manage scalable training frameworks, including self-paced e-learning materials and Train the Trainer programs.

Customer-Centric Training Delivery

  • Deliver training sessions for customer accounts to enhance product understanding, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Map customer training needs, including ongoing refresher training, to support long-term success and track product adoption KPIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with Business Development Managers, Business Analysts, and Consultants to align training programs with organizational priorities and customer requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful training approach that supports customer onboarding and operational success.

Demonstration Expertise

  • Present product functionality through compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of SITA’s solutions, helping customers see their full potential.

Overcome Training Challenges

  • Manage training programs in complex environments by navigating diverse stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Identify innovative solutions to support scalable training for configurable systems and global audiences, requiring up to 40-50% travel.
  • Train SITA teams on solutions in your training scope.

Build Product Expertise and Relationships

  • Develop deep expertise in airport operations products, including AMS and Airport Vision (APV).
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the Operations at Airports portfolio to facilitate program success.
  • Stay up to date with product updates and new features and ensures our customers are trained on the latest features and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Who You Are

  • Experienced with Airport Operations products such as AMS, Airport Vision (APV), or Flight Data Information Systems.
  • Skilled in delivering training for both internal teams (Business Analysts and Consultants) and external customers.
  • Familiar with designing and implementing self-sufficient learning solutions (e.g., Train the Trainer, e-learning).
  • Adept in demonstrating product value to customers, with experience in product presentations.
  • Strong collaborator, capable of engaging stakeholders and managing complex training programs.
  • Committed to customer success, with a focus on driving product adoption and satisfaction.
