As the Marketing Manager at Brame, you will be instrumental in driving full-funnel conversion of qualified leads or accounts in the world of gamification marketing. You will lead a high-impact team, while spearheading creative campaigns, nurturing leads and shaping the future of client engagement.
Tasks
- Coordinating our content marketing plan and coming up with fresh ideas for eBooks, social media posts, and blog articles.
- Develop seasonal lead generation campaigns that will result in marketing-qualified leads.
- Help our account development representatives team with personalized outreach campaigns for our enterprise clients.
- Manage our existing lead partner ecosystem and provide support to our partners.
- Coordinate the distribution of inbound appointments.
- Collaborate to improve inbound lead quality and better identify our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Create segmented mailing flights, establish a scoring system, and implement a lead nurturing process.
- Stay updated on industry publications and research to identify successful strategies and share findings with others.
- Analyze data, identify actionable insights, and execute opportunities efficiently.
- Focus on organic growth despite limited media budgets.
- Generate ideas for PR campaigns and work with media partners to execute them.
- Work closely with our product team and plan communication strategies for product releases.
- Build the “Brame Academy” to provide exclusive training for our clients, partners, and employees.
- Lead and manage our marketing team by example.
- Conduct customer interviews and use them to develop and promote case studies.
- Challenge our copywriters and proofread content.
Requirements
Your background
- A degree in Business or Marketing (or similar), alternatively equivalent work experience
- At least five years of full-time work experience in demand generation or a similar role in digital marketing, driving full-funnel conversion of qualified leads or accounts, into a CRM like Salesforce
- Experience planning, creating, and executing webinars, display ad campaigns, direct mail, and other digital marketing programs in support of driving demand
- Fluency in English and German (both languages are a must since our client base is primarily in the DACH region)
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland or Germany
- Knowledge in organic growth and B2B email marketing
- Interest in building and implementing new growth strategies
- Knowledge in, and passion for, Gamification, as well as experience with SaaS
- Ideally, you have a background in outbound/sales organizations where the focus was more on account-based targeting and lead nurturing, rather than running paid media campaigns
