We are seeking a talented and versatile Jr. Creative Specialist with a primary focus on video production and editing to join our fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s visual and video identity. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging video content, alongside impactful graphics and multimedia that align with our marketing strategies and resonate with our audience.

As a Creative Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team and developers to produce high-quality short-form videos, animations, digital ads, and other multimedia content. You’ll ensure that all creative assets, particularly video, are aligned with our brand guidelines to deliver a consistent look and feel across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual eager to build their career in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Create, edit, and optimize short-form video content for ads, social media, and landing pages, with a focus on storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Storyboarding & Pre-Production: Assist in storyboarding, script planning, and concept creation to ensure cohesive and effective video narratives.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content for various platforms using industry-standard tools, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound synchronization.
  • Graphic Design Support: Continue to design custom visuals, infographics, and images for blogs, marketing materials, and social media, in alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop simple motion graphics and animations to enhance video content, improving overall engagement.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, developers, and stakeholders, to produce videos that improve conversions and resonate with the target audience.
  • Maintain Consistency: Ensure all videos and designs maintain brand consistency across channels.
  • Participate in Brainstorming: Contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns, focusing on video-first strategies that support marketing goals.
