GSK, per il potenziamento della Field Force interna per la Divisione Oncologia, è alla ricerca di un Product Specialist Oncology che si occupi di informazione medica in ambito specialistico per il trattamento del carcinoma ovarico e del carcinoma endometriale sul territorio di riferimento assegnato.
La posizione verrà inserita all’interno del Servizio Scientifico aziendale che, nel rispetto delle normative di legge ed aziendali vigenti, prevede l’attività di informazione medica presso gli Operatori Sanitari e Farmacisti Ospedalieri, illustrando loro le caratteristiche farmacologiche e terapeutiche dei farmaci al fine di assicurarne il corretto ed appropriato impiego.

Il Product Specialist Oncology è responsabile di riferire alla Direzione Commerciale e Medica le osservazioni che emergono dal colloquio con operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri in particolare di riportare tempestivamente tutte le informazioni sulle sospette reazioni avverse dei farmaci al Responsabile della Farmacovigilanza.
Il candidato selezionato lavorerà nell'ambito della BU Oncologia e collaborerà con:
Operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri appartenenti al settore di Onco-ginecologia;
Direzione Medica;
Regional Payers and Evidence Solutions;
KAM e RAM;
Direzione Marketing;
Direzione Commerciale;
Dipartimento di Servizio Scientifico
Dipartimento di Farmacovigilanza
Sarà inoltre responsabile di:
Promuovere e spiegare il valore dei prodotti GSK a tutti gli interlocutori di riferimento, comunicando loro i messaggi chiave dal punto di vista scientifico;
Identificare – anche attraverso lo scambio informativo con i colleghi di territorio - i fabbisogni di informazione scientifica degli operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri del proprio portafoglio prodotti;
Garantire una comunicazione efficace e coerente con i bisogni degli operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri, pianificando e organizzando l’attività di informazione scientifica in coerenza con il piano definito a livello di BU Oncologia;
Proporre al proprio Line Manager iniziative di formazione/aggiornamento scientifico per gli operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri come integrazione ai colloquio individuali in ottemperanza alla normativa vigente e al modello commerciale di GSK;
Proporre e diffondere l’uso dei nuovi media (es. web conference sistemi digital, come richiesto dal nuovo modello HCP engagement) per l’informazione scientifica e diffonderne l’uso anche per la formazione scientifica collettiva, interfacciandosi con la Medica regionale;
Contribuire all’implementazione del Key Account Action Plan per il territorio in modo collaborativo secondo la strategia nazionale;
Assicurarsi che tutte le attività e i piani siano eseguiti in linea con gli elevati standard di etica e conformità di GSK e con tutti i requisiti e i regolamenti legali applicabili.

Requisiti essenziali:
Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze:
Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica con indirizzo organico o biologico, Farmacia, ecc. (vedi Decreto-legge 219/2006 e successivi aggiornamenti);
Esperienza nel ruolo in area speacialistica;
Residenza in Sicilia orientale
Requisiti preferibili:
Le seguenti caratteristiche saranno considerate un plus:
Esperienza in ambito oncologico e/o ginecologico gradita
