Joh Zink is part of Koch Engineered Solutions, which is owned by Koch Industries, the largest privately held company in the U.S. Our commercial team is focused on bidding large systems (flares, thermal oxidizers, vapor control systems, flare gas recovery systems) for oil & gas industry.
We are looking for an experienced and contribution driven Sales & Proposal Manager who will be interacting mainly with international EPC contractors in a challenging, international, and multidisciplinary environment.
What You Will Do
- Analize Customers' inquiries, setting the right strategy to secure the order.
- Lead the assigned resources to ensure the best competitiveness of the proposed solution.
- Responsible of the Customers' proposals and the project Cost Sheets.
- Lead the bidding activities until order award.
- Manage turnover with execution supporting the team during the initial project stages to maximize the promised profit.
- Travel internationally for Customers' meetings at their offices.
- Develop and maintain Customer relationships, specially focused on international EPC companies, both technically and commercially.
- Develop and keep knowledge of the product.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Master/ Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in a similar or related position.
- Customer focused, with principled entrepreneurial attitude.
- Have interest to learn and to accept changes in positive way.
- Flexible to travel worldwide.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in Oil & Gas, with EPC customers.
- Additional language (Italian, French, Arabic).
