Role:

Reporting to the Route-To-Market SF Effectiveness Manager:

The Route-To-Market Sales Capability Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the sales team skills and commercial discipline while assessing and boosting performance, improving effectiveness and providing training in advanced sales techniques to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop training programs to build sales team capabilities and the sales discipline fundamentals based on the GBfoods commercial excellence execution.
  • Optimize sales team effectiveness by increasing the productivity and efficiency of all commercial team stakeholders
  • Monitor, supervise, and analyze sales force activities and performance to identify opportunities to grow.
  • Support the execution of Route to Market strategies and the RTM transformational journey, while collaborating actively with our back/front office local teams in Africa.

  • Minimum of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience trade, sales or HR.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Effective communication and team playing skills.
  • The role requires a good level of English to interact with local stakeholders.
  • Travel to some African countries.
