Regulatory Reporting Analyst
Country: Switzerland
The Finance analyst is responsible for the monitoring of the financial information of the Bank . Responsibilities include but are not limited to, regulatory reporting, accounting entries and Financial reporting.
Regulatory Reporting
- Preparation of the regulatory reports to the Swiss National Bank
- Management of the annual audit carried out by PWC
- Monitoring new regulatory laws as well as their application on the Bank
- Participation in seminars regarding regulatory reporting
- Participation in bank wide projects impacting regulatory reporting
Financial reporting
- Preparation of reports to the parent company and bank's management
- Daily monitoring of financial ratios
Other
- Implementation of Santander policies
- Participate in new projects that involve the area
- Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

- Knowledge in accounting and regulatory reporting
- Excel, FiRE (Regulatory reporting), T24, Power Point.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, manage conflicts of interest, meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to achieve efficient and productive results by working together with different departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Business Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- FiRE knowledge an asset
- Basic Analytical Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized
- English is mandatory, Spanish and French are an asset
