Job Description
Mission and Responsibilities:
The Operator in Quality Control is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all areas of the organization, including products, processes, and procedures. This role involves monitoring compliance with quality regulations, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor activities related to quality management in all areas, including products, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality regulations and propose activities related to process improvement.
- Monitor adherence to the company's quality policy.
- Verify the development and application of quality regulations concerning products, raw materials, and processes.
- Collaborate in determining quality objectives across various departments.
- Develop and maintain procedures, quality instructions, and quality manuals.
- Stay informed about SETNA's commitment to product safety and communicate this to clients and interested parties.
- Promote business relationships with clients and collaborators dedicated to the safety of the food chain.

Participate as a member of the Feed Safety Team (HACCP), responsible for:
- Monitoring the Feed Safety Management System (FSMS).
- Coordinating activities of the Feed Safety Team under the supervision of the Team Leader.
- Overseeing HACCP compliance.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
- Training: Quality/Laboratory training preferred.
- Experience: Not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Skills and Observations:
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management principles, ISO 9000, and GMP+ standards.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
Collaboration:
The Operator Quality Control will collaborate with various departments, including Quality, ISO, Purchasing, Production, and the laboratory, ensuring a cohesive approach to quality management.
