To strengthen our P&C team at Fidia's headquarters in Abano Terme (PD), we are looking for a People & Culture HRIS and Analytics Specialist You will ensure the maintenance of P&C Information Systems, along with the related processes and procedures, designed to accurately obtain, record, and process key information and data efficiently. Main responsibilities:

• To identify opportunities for system enhancements and new applications, recommend actionable improvements, and effectively plan their implementation to ensure continuous system optimization and alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure the systems support the efficient retrieval of employee data needed for analysis, strategic decision-making, and generating comprehensive statistical reports, enabling informed business decisions and strategies.
• Oversee the accurate maintenance, development, and periodic revision of all manual tables, code lists, and related documentation, guaranteeing up-to-date and reliable reference materials for system users.
• Conduct thorough analyses of human resources and technical processing systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with various functional teams to coordinate the requirements for system outputs, manage input data acquisition, and implement effective system techniques and controls, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance across the organization.

Requirements:

• Master degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics/Management Engineering/Statistics.
• At least three years' experience working with HR information systems (preferably with Workday) and analytics projects, within corporate P&C functions or in consultancy companies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with a focus on P&C/HR IS systems, enhancing efficient data management and better decision-making.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders, with a focus on the excellent management of internal users in the company.
• Ability to pursue the fastest, easiest and most effective route, with a proactive approach.
