For our boutique in Dusseldorf , we are looking for a Operations Associate talent with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards.

Job responsibilities

• Managing deliveries & all inventory movements (cycle counts, consignments & loans, price changes, etc.)
• Realizing the administrative follow up of Care Services and support sales team on key procedures
• Managing supplies ordering (consumables, uniforms, etc.)
• Supporting the sales team on till procedures/manipulations if needed
• Following the key policies and processes of the company

Profile

• 2+ years of stock experience in the retail or hospitality environment
• Good knowledge of the stock/supply chain processes
• Significant drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison
• Strong team skills, empathy, and agile mindset
• Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
