Key Responsabilities To provide expert advice and support the execution of demonstrable technical due diligence for all marine operations completed during the execution of the Construction campaign of Baltic Eagle.

• Support the effective planning, coordination, and management of associated logistics for project marine operations.
• Manage and lead auditable marine assurance process for marine operations using project processes.
• Oversee close out marine incidents and capture operational experience.
• Ensure compliance with the project offshore procedures for all matters pertaining to the planning and management of marine site operations.

Skills and Requirements

• Collaborative Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within an existing team.
• Leadership and Management: Proven capability to lead and manage solutions to successful conclusions.
• Educational Background: Minimum of a degree in Marine studies, or qualifications as a Master Mariner, Chief Engineer, or 2nd Engineer.
• Professional Certification: Certified as a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer (Unlimited STCW II/2 CoC) – Minimum requirement.
• Additional Qualifications: AVI Accreditation and GWO certification are desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
