We are currently looking for a passionate and creative Junior Design Specialist (Internship) to join our team.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within our Design Center, contributing to the development of new products from concept to production.
YOUR IMPACT:
As a Junior Design Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of the design process, responsible for coordinating essential documentation and supporting the team’s workflow. You’ll work across several key areas, including:

• Award Management: Oversee the application and maintenance of design awards.
• Patent Documentation: Assist in preparing materials for patents and manage all ornamental deposits.
• Workflow Coordination: Support project workflow management to ensure smooth progress through various design stages.
• Team Support: Create presentations and materials for the design team.

Additionally, you’ll assist the design team in:

• Product Graphics: Contribute to graphic design elements for products.
• UX/UI Design: Participate in user experience and interface design tasks.
• Product Packaging: Support packaging design efforts for our products.

This role will also involve active engagement in concept development, allowing you to explore innovative ideas and contribute to our new product pipeline.

Requisiti

• Educational Background: Degree in Product Design or similar.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: Precision, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
