An exciting new project, which opened in July 2022, reveals that this newly revamped lifestyle hotel and Swiss hot spot that has previously been visited by the likes of Rihanna, Freddy Mercury, Grace Jones and Muhammad Ali as regular guests, overlooks the city center from Zurich’s stunning Uetliberg plateau and will offer 149 rooms and 87 stunning contemporary suites as well as several award-winning culinary concepts centered around FIVE’s hallmark musical stylings. The new FIVE hotel in Zurich will seamlessly unite the very best of Swiss hospitality with FIVE’s characteristic flair for an exceptionally indulgent experience for guests from the city and international visitors alike.

Our Front Office Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are cultured yet trendy personalities with an intuitive ability to anticipate colleagues’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - crafting experiences for our team members that last a lifetime.

As Concierge you will join a committed Front Office team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ guest experiences to an international diaspora.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organisational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.


  • Serve as a key point of contact for Guests and efficiently respond to Guest enquiries
  • Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide variety of Guest enquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, among others
  • Process and deliver messages for Guests
  • Deliver and safely storage Guest luggage
  • Stay current and up to date with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events
  • Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
  • Provide support to Management as required, in cases of emergency
  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service
  • Maintain a clean, healthy, and safety working area
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems


  • Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
  • Previous experience in a Luxury Hotel in the same role in as asset
  • Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Must be highly organized and energetic and possess the ability to get the job done.
  • Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
  • Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
  • Fluent in English & German
