Department Overview

Videotec Supply Chain Project Management responsible for supporting the life cycle of a product and build processes through manufacturing and distribution.


Job Description

Responsible for the coordination, planning, monitoring and execution of projects across Videotec Supply Chain in order to meet time to market, budget and satisfy Business and quality requirements, keeping aligned all the project connected stakeholders.

  • Lead Supply Chain Transformation Projects focused on manufacturing and distribution of existing products, new products, and site relocations

  • Develop and manage project schedules to support business identified timelines by working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for projects

  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze and assess project risks. Establish and track risk mitigation plans and drive for closures

  • Manage changes to ensure project goals are accomplished

  • Manage continuous improvement projects

  • Facilitate team meetings with international participation

  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of projects status throughout its life cycle

  • Present project status as required to different organization levels

Will cooperate with:

  • All local supply chain teams for New Products introductions and improvement projects

  • Local R&D team for New Products Introduction

  • International NPI team

  • Quality team


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other Engineering disciplines

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Project Management

  • Languages: Native / Fluent Italian and English knowledge B2 level minimum oral and written required; C1 preferred

  • Readiness to initially work full-time onsite in Schio (for the first 3-4 months), then in a hybrid mode (3-4 days per week in the office)

  • Location: within a 40-minute commuting distance


Additional Knowledge/Skills:

  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills

  • Program management experience

  • Change Management toolset experience

  • Work in a matrix team environment

  • PMP certification is a plus

  • Microsoft Office /Google Suite toolset experience; Jira and or Confluence knowledge a plus


Desired Background:

  • Mechanical/Mechatronic background and previous experiences in manufacturing companies

  • Strong capabilities in team working and communication, accountable to other people inside the organization

  • A person driven by results who wants to move further her/his objectives and opportunities

  • Oriented to innovation and that wants to strength her/his skills to do things differently and better
