Housekeeping Intern

We are looking for someone eager to explore the various aspects of the Housekeeping department. By joining our experienced team, you will adopt 5-star standards and take part in room inspections to ensure the quality of work and adherence to the establishment's norms.
Your tasks:
As a Housekeeping Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of the department, including:
- Participating in the cleaning of hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces, ensuring impeccable cleanliness standards.
- Inspecting rooms and public areas after cleaning, checking the quality of work, and making sure standards are met.
- Assisting the Floor Supervisor in managing daily tasks and coordinating relations between different departments.
- Resolving room-related issues with reception and communicating instructions to team members.
- Maintaining confidentiality and welcoming guests according to the hotel's standards, anticipating their needs, and ensuring clear and professional communication.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a strong sense of organization and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with a keen eye for detail.
- Good physical condition to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
