Guests at the Royal St.Georges - MGallery Interlaken don’t just want to check in and out. Our guests seek to be continuously inspired and cared for, aiming to feel at home even when far away. We achieve this through your pivotal role in guest relations, a position we are excited to fill flexibly starting March / April 2025.
You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and cared for from their first to their last moment with us. If you bring strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for attention to detail, we look forward to meeting you!

- Point of contact for our guests
- Representative of the hotel in every aspect
- Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Maintaining quality standards to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after each stay
- Top VIP guest care
- Responding to all guest feedback and managing complaints
- Close collaboration with the Front Office, and all operational departments
- Administration and responsibility for all guest preference data
- Management of quality management software and tools
- A host at heart / A Heartist in our language
- Passionate about welcoming our hotel guests with a smile and ensuring they feel completely at ease from the very first moment
- Dedicated and independent work ethic, combined with teamwork and a sense of responsibility
- Sociable, highly flexible, and well-organized
- A polished appearance, excellent manners, professional demeanor, and attentiveness to complement your hospitality personality
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and professional experience in upscale hospitality
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and experience with hotel-specific software, preferably OPERA Cloud
