To strengthen our P&C team at Fidia's headquarters in Abano Terme (PD), we are looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits and P&C HRIS Manager You will oversee the Compensation & Benefits function, collaborating with P&C team and line managers to develop, implement, and manage cost-effective programs that attract, retain, and reward high-talent employees while achieving business goals and strategic objectives. Additionally, you will create, implement, and maintain tailored P&C Information Systems and related policies to efficiently capture, record, and analyze employee data for effective data analytics. Main responsibilities:
- To shape develop, implement and strategically manage C&B programs cost effectively, providing with counsel and strategic recommendations both internally to the function and to line managers.
- Providing counsel and recommendation on internal and external benchmarking pay practices and incentive plans, that produce comprehensive C&B packages which effectively motivate and reward employees, while monitoring market competitiveness.
- Enhancing employees' understanding and appreciation of the value of C&B programs through effective promotion and communication.
- To provide strategic global perspective to local processes/systems and vice - versa, aligning company C&B processes and guidelines.
- To shape, recommend, implement and plan for improvements, enhancement and new application to systems, ensuring an appropriate and effective systems’ architecture, in collaboration with the other relevant functions.
- To ensure the availability of solid employees information for analysis and decision making, statistical data and other reports as requested.
- Ensuring the maintenance, development and revision of all the manuals, tables, code lists and quality documentation.
- To guarantee the coordination of output requirements, input data acquisition and system techniques/control with all relevant functions.
Requirements:
- Master degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics/Management Engineering/Statistics.
- Five years' experience in managing complex projects in the fields of Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and data analytics, within structured P&C functions, and at least an overall seven years’ experience working in P&C.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with a focus on P&C/HRIS systems, enhancing efficient data management and better decision-making.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership in proactively developing new solutions, and openness in monitoring new trends and opportunities.
