As part of the Financial Crime Compliance department based in Zurich the Cross-Unit Relationship Compliance Officer is taking care of topics specifically related to set-ups where a client’s account/custody account is booked with one JB entity and managed by another JB entity

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Maintenance and development of the Cross-Unit Relationship Framework

• Global subject matter expert for the Cross-Unit Relationship (CUR) topic; point of contact for various stakeholders (Front, Legal, IT, COO area)

• Maintenance and development of CUR-policies and Operational Guidelines for various set-ups; coordination of the implementation with local stakeholders

• Representation of Compliance in projects / lead of CUR related projects

• Definition and performance of controls in order to ensure adherence to the CUR Framework

• Maintenance and development of the CUR Dashboards and establishment of ad-hoc reports

• Establishment and provision of trainings (e-learnings) related to the CUR topic

• Maintenance of the CUR intranet page

YOUR PROFILE

Personal and Social

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly

• Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude, able to work independently

• Strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity

• Affinity to tools and processes

Professional and Technical

• Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Law, Economics, Audit or Finance

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the private banking sector

• Proficient with IT tools, demonstrating advance skills in MS Office (particularly Excel)

• Fluent in German and English, any further languages are an advantage
