General

• Implement Test Engineering best practices in New Product Introduction and Series Production.
• Leverage World Class Research and Development and Production Teams both locally and internationally to quickly understand Project requirements, risks, milestones and develop test strategy timing plans and deliverables.
• Drive mindset of Continuous Improvement

Software Testing

• Review Requirements and add Testing Comments in DOORS
• Define Integration Testing and System Testing plans to validate test modules
• Create Automated Test solutions, to implement the Integration and System Testing plans
• Provide detailed reporting to Team Lead/Test Manager on Project Status (Dashboard)
• Document and share Lesson Learned Cards as part of project
• Provide documentation and training as part of Project handover to Production
• Test execution(manual/automated) as per Test Plans

Validation/Qualification

• Generate Qualification Plans and statistical data to validate product test strategy
• Add all bugs to bug tracking platform
• Generation of Technical and Training documentation where required

Essential

• Minimum 4 Years Experience within Electronics Manufacturing Environment (ideally Automotive Electronics)
• NI LabVIEW and TestStand Experience essential
• Expert in Verification and Validation
• Experience with Automation equipment (Sensors, I/O, PLC’s, Robotics, Scanners)
• Test Plan / Test Case Development / Testing Execution
• Develop and automate tests for software validation
• Experience in document writing is required, i.e. procedures, specifications, reports, etc.
• General Software Package’s skills – SVN, Bugzilla, etc.

Advantage

• Experience to debug Hardware
• Experience with Vision based products/applications
• Experience in camera Testing & Test Methodology
• Experience in Production machine Validation [ IQ / OQ ]

Desirable

• Experience in HIL / SIL [ Industrial Automation]
• CTD Certification
• Experience in NI FPGA
• Minitab, DOORS, CoreALM experience
