Main tasks:

  • Support in HR administration and data management of executives and employees located in the Headquarters
  • Support day-to-day people management activities along the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit management
  • Support on payroll activities, reporting, communications and invoice approvals
  • Support local and Group HR projects and initiatives, as well as CHRO with HR coordination activities
  • Support with appointment coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy of all HR regulations, policies, processes and procedures
  • Screening of applications (optional, depending on background)


Education:

  • Basic commercial education with further education in HR (ideally with Swiss Federal Diploma as HR Assistant)
  • At least 2 years professional experience and proven track record in a similar position
  • Sound specialist knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
  • Experience working in an international matrix organisation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook), Abacus is an advantage


Profile:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), all other European languages are an advantage
  • Solution-oriented, forward thinking, and proactive team-player
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing conditions
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task according to shifting priorities
  • Hard working and flexible
