Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level AB InBev is seeking a Global Manager that does financial planning and analysis, internal the title for this role is Global Manager for VIC, Pkg, and RAU. Purpose: AB InBev spends around $35bn annual across Raw materials, Packaging, Logistics and other critical business inputs. This is a complex, high volume and matrixed organization and the finance role is critical to aligning goals, costs and measuring our financial performance. Here is what you will be doing:

  • Budget, Forecast & explain the price impact on ABI Cost of Sales and Distribution expenses in coordination with the Zones, involved in the planning and monitoring of our annual budget process including escalations on commodity/FX, as well as non-commodity and our annual savings program to minimize our cost inflation.
  • Business Cycle: Coordinate budgeting 1YP, 3YP and 10YP + tracking and benchmarking with Finance and Procurement functions
  • Track and monitor Cost reduction initiatives
  • Analyze Price variances vs. Budget and YoY for Commodities, FX and Non-Commodities, and make sure Commodities Tracking and Risk Management tool reflects the most accurate data for the reporting cycle
  • Drive the T&M routine management for the categories & the CPO (templates, special topics, timelines), including Category Summits, Champions Season agenda and execution, Townhall content and other forums.
  • Internal Benchmarking: across Zones and according to a set of KPI’s (or proposing new ones) to open gaps and challenge the zones and Global team
  • External Benchmarking: PPM should establish a new metric for Supply function to allow ABI to benchmark the function against other companies and itself along the time
  • Coordinate activities of our Shared Service Centre that supports the functions and the zones, driving better processes, controls, and tools.
  • Design, implement and support BI Solutions

Who we’re looking for:

  • You should have 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting.
  • Graduated with a BA or BS, MBA or master’s degree preferred
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken); other language skills are an asset
