Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to

support our Marketing team in enhancing our online capability course materialization, while developing your own skills in project management, communication and documentation.

Your role:

• Coordinate capability improvement actions including online training module creations for commercial quoting systems

• Oversee departmental functional email account (helpdesk), delegate activities within Commercialization Management team and support with meeting minutes and project management updates

• Organize the collection of system specific master data (e.g. sales conditions) from Sales teams across Philips

• Create and oversee training calendars related to commercial quoting systems

Great, if you have the following:

• Current student of Business, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication, English language studies or an equivalent field of study

• Experience to work with project deadlines and flexibility to handle various tasks at the same time while keeping close attention to details

• Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

• Fluency in English, German language skills are beneficial

• Salary: depending on your previous experience and your current studies, your salary will range between 17.07 €/h and 19.13 €/h
