At ICM, people with talent meet. For a one-year project with our insurance client in the Zurich area, we are looking for you to start as as Solution Designer.

Our clients initiates the "One Network Program" to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user’s connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. Within the Network Product department, User Connectivity product line is responsible for providing connectivity on premise and thus delivering LAN, WLAN and WAN for those sites. In this role you will design, engineer, deliver, and support those products and services, that strongly contribute to the One Network program initiative.

Aufgaben

• Gather, combine and analyze business and technical requirements from critical constituents. Recommend appropriate technological designs and solutions that align with business requirements, the company’s technical strategy and which provides the most efficient and cost-effective solution
• Responsible to define and ensure delivery of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions
• In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO and One Network Program, you will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support the corporate business and lines of business strategies
• Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvement
• Manage the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope
• Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors
• Ensure QOS delivery and support of solutions
• Provide high expertise support on products and services
  
  
  

Qualifikation

• Strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives
• Must have strong expertise in remote sites design patterns, security solutions & IT infrastructure best practices
• Experience in managing LAN, Wireless and WAN infrastructures
• Broad level of knowledge about all technologies deployed in LAN, WAN, and SDWAN global environments
• Ability to engange third-party providers
• Solid understanding of today’s network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at infrastructure and technical levels
• Proven experience in implementing network project requirements, ensuring business readiness and providing business as usual support in a complex environment
• Established and maintain productive technical relationships with major IT vendors
• Excellence with deliverables of high quality and ability to work in tight planning
