The members of our DRS team work alongside consulting team colleagues to bring advanced research capabilities to support projects and clients. KCS team is a cross-functional team equipping BCGers with internal and external knowledge resources and digital collaboration tools, enabling them to work smarter and with increased productivity

What You'll Do

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCG's Travel, Cities and Infrastructure (TCI) and Public Sector (PS) practice areas you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights, with a focus on real estate topics. You will support BCG case and proposal teams with knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You'll also serve as a thought partner and content expert to topic leaders and case teams, helping structure and solve complex issues.Additionally, you will drive the development of existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the real estate topic, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.Specifically, you will be part of the Cities, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate & Tourism (CRT) sector. You will work across a breadth of property sectors, geographies, and client types, putting your local and global industry experience to good use. The real estate knowledge team works with clients from the public and private sectors on a wide variety of topics, including strategy, pricing and revenue management, cost optimization, people and organization, real estate capital markets, real estate development and operations, business transformation, digital transformation, and social impact and sustainability.#LI-ES3

What You'll Bring

2+ years of consulting experience in real estate required; candidates with consulting experience preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience in real estate finance strongly preferred (i.e. in the areas of debt structuring, portfolio management, asset management, capital raising and funding vehicles)Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in English; German and/or French is a plusOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
