Your tasks:

• Optimizing and advancing security system infrastructures and processes for our customers (via telephone, remotely, and on-site)
• Conducting disaster recovery exercises
• Independent planning and implementation of changes, as well as professional handling of incidents
• Patching customer systems and continuous updates
• Collaborating with the security architecture team to ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and legal requirements

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• You work independently and in a structured manner and document your work in a way that is understandable for the rest of the team
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Network skills (Firewall, Routing, Protocols, Mail Security, Zero Trust, DER, Monitoring)
• Commitment and passion for delivering high-quality solutions
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to take on 24/7 on-call duty
• Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Azure) are advantageous
