As a Raw Material and Production Planner (m/w/d), you will join our Planning department and you will be based in Vernier. You will be responsible for a portfolio of Ingredients manufactured in several production sites and you will also manage raw materials for our manufacturing plant of Vernier while optimizing inventory and service levels.

  • Management of finished ingredients (Fragrance, Active beauty and Cosmetic ingredients, Delivery System):
    • You will be in charge of ensuring the availability of our manufactured Ingredients for both our internal use and external clients. To provide availability of materials, and an optimal level of stocks, you will collaborate with our scheduling team, and other main departments such as Ingredients Production, Quality, Customer Care, Logistic, Global Planning and Procurement.
    • You will also manage a portfolio of Ingredients manufactured in others regions, to ensure supplies for our Compounding Production site at Vernier - CH, and our other Compounding Production sites all around the world. In this "Make to stock" environment, you might need to perform global allocations if the situation requires it. Part of our portfolio is under VMI management and is necessary to ensure supplies of our Givaudan's affiliates around the world by creating and following stock transfer orders.
  • Management of raw materials:
  • You will ensure the availability of raw materials required for the Production, following production schedules, and to secure and optimize the production plan. Our portfolio includes several types of supply management such as: bulk, VMI, subcontracted materials, multipack management.Solve and escalate issues related to your portfolio will be part of your responsibility.

Your success profile includes :

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, etc…;
  • 2 years or more of experience in supply chain;
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, IBP, BOA);
  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise;
  • APICS certification an asset.
