An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Fragrance & Beauty Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) team, as RAPS Business Project Manager. We are looking for an experienced professional who will represents the business sponsor and acts as single contact for the IT Project Manager for issue resolution or escalation purposes while ensuring transparency and visibility on scope and progress of business activities related to the project through routine Update meetings with Project Sponsor and Governance team, and handles all coordination and successful implementation of project activities promptly, reporting to the Global Head of Fragrance Compliance and Client Excellence CoE, and will be based in Vernier; working four days on site and one from home a week. On this role you will:

• Lead the value case analysis in Demand Phase including scenario assessment (feasibility and expected value)
• Ensure the understanding of the functional scope of project
• Identify all resources needed on the project
• Define resources/experts needs on project, negotiate for best resources
• Ensure that project scope & goals (incl. Security) are clearly defined and understood by project team.
• Promote selection of vendors/partners for projects
• Estimate and plan all project team activities together with project team.
• Communicate project goals/vision/status to Steering Committee
• Support project planning by adding business activities constraints
• Ensure business resources capacity needs are identified and met, in particular change management resources
• Coordinate activities (eg. analysis, testing) with all business teams represented on the project
• Manage delivery of business deliverables, where applicable and escalate any major issues affecting budget/resource or project milestones
• Ensure agreement on other business projects of the company
• Collaborate with IT Project Manager to agree on planning, resources, dependencies…
• Identify risks and define appropriate prevention and contingency plans
• Involve Business Change Lead early with change management plan
• Support the project within the project's Steering Committee
• Resolve resource availability issues on the business side
• Ensure project and future BAU activities on the business side are identified, planned and organized

Your professional profile includes:

• University / Master's Degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex projects management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in being an international team player working across countries and at the global level and managing people across multiple countries.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Domain.
