Our team in Basel currently has an opening for a Quality Assurance Administrator (20%)

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing of customer and employee inquiries, extensive questionnaires on documentation, quality, safety and regulatory inquiries
• Processing of foodstuff blends
• In connection with various interfaces
• Document storage for Product Managers
• Contact person for concerns relating to customer questionnaires

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge of chemical products available (ideally a chemical/scientific background)
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Willingness to learn, resilience and perseverance are expected
• Experience in document processing (customer inquiries/questionnaires) is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of German and English essential, good knowledge of French desirable
