In this exciting role you will improve the growth of our products in dermatology within Switzerland by crafting the CVT (country value team) brand strategy, building clear product positioning and by developing and implementing commercial action plans based on the brand plans to achieve committed business goals with the agreed resources (OPEX). With this, you will help us to position Johnson & Johnson as the strongest partner in dermatology in Switzerland. You will be responsible for cross-functional perfection in execution of projects and provide valuable insights and recommendations. Besides a close partnering with the sales team, you will work with colleagues from Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, International Marketing, among others. In addition, you will actively contribute to the EMEA and MSM (Mid-Sized Markets) Functional Marketing Networks, representing the local interest, sharing market expertise and provide meaningful insights. You will ensure full compliance with J&J Credo and compliance principles to preserve trust and reputation towards Health Care Professionals and patients using the product(s). You will report to the Senior Product Manager for Dermatology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the cross-functional Local Action Team (LAT) ensuring the deployment of the tactical plan and coordination of cross-functional projects.
- Building and executing of local customer engagement plans, developing and maintaining partnerships with external partners and driving external focus to improve and drive market leadership and Johnson & Johnson's reputation
- Crafting and implementing of campaigns, sales materials and workshops, and market insight generation projects with an innovative Omnichannel approach
- Contributing to the CVT by providing marketing expertise, deep local market insights, customer needs, competitor insights, by engaging local partners, with development of local plans and by leading local commercial/marketing projects within and across functions, showing ability to response rapidly towards fast paced competition
- Compilation of overall training plans, and owning the generation and implementation of the commercial training elements
- Supporting the creation of the local cross-functional business plan from a country perspective
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences or equivalent experience
- Consistent record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing (minimum of 3 years)
- Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
- Strong eye for business with innovative thinking ans solution driven demeanor
- Digital and omnichannel experience seen as advantage
- Open mentality and fun to work in a robust team
- Positive dissatisfaction and aspiration to beat the odds
- Powerful in building internal and external partnerships with strong external focus
- Proficiency in English and German required, French considered an advantage
- Effective communicator with strong influencing skills
