PROCESS SPECIALIST

We are now looking for an experienced process specialist to join our Quality and Process Management team in our dynamic and multicultural headquarters in Zurich.

With both the customer and internal staff experience at the forefront, you will be responsible for contributing to analyze, establish, and improve business processes which strive towards operational excellence and scalability, considering our ambitious growth goals.

Approximate starting date: 1st December 2023.

What You Will Do

In your process specialist role, you will contribute in a multi-faceted way and be responsible for:

Process analysis and documentation – Create and maintain an internal source of truth for processes and related projects.

Continuous improvement – Identify opportunity areas, design new processes, or adjust current ones, always applying a collaborative approach towards any stakeholder involved.

Technology integration – Work with IT and technology departments to enable tech solutions to rely on solid and efficient processes at their basis.

MAIN OBJECTIVES FOR THIS ROLE

  • Establish, consolidate, or improve processes within Operations or between Operations and Operations partners, which enable our company to reach relevant goals.
  • Ensure documentation and communication related to both process status quo and process improvement initiatives is accessible, well-understood, and up to date, to serve all involved stakeholders and all hierarchy levels.
  • Understand, assimilate, and evangelize ultimate company objectives, while vocalizing and representing them when collaborative decisions are to be taken on processes.

YOU

  • Ideally, have an educational or professional background in process management, supply chain, innovation/change management or project management. Equivalent experience is also considered valuable if you have been involved in improving process type of projects.
  • Can map processes using tools like flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Are at ease with data and can take or suggest data-driven decisions. You also consider the human and softer dynamics involved.
  • Have project management skills, including ability to set goals, create plans, track progress.
  • Can communicate well on a verbal, written and visual level with any hierarchy level, including senior leadership.
  • Are keen to work closely with technology experts to collaborate on the implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and can think solutions outside the box.
  • Are ready to support, drive or advocate for changes which may potentially shift work behaviors or job roles.
  • You are detail-oriented but can zoom out and see the big picture.
  • You have entrepreneurial spirit and are ready to take on different challenges every day.
  • Are fluent in English.
