In this role, you will engage with HRBPs and business leaders to define and implement best in class global solutions for Talent Management and Learning for the Motion business to ensure the right capabilities are available today and tomorrow, in line with the strategic objectives of the business.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the strategic business priorities, key success factors, commercial market, and customers for Motion business as well as translate the Motion people priorities and global T&L programs, policies, services, etc. into action in responsible geography.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion principles are a core tenet for the business, including attracting and retaining diverse talent in the business.
  • Lead one or several core initiatives for Motion Talent and Learning globally (e. g. diversity & inclusion, learning ecosystem, mentoring).
  • Deliver global and local projects and development initiatives within the talent and learning area (e. g. Leadership development, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Career development, People Review Sessions, etc.), through in-person and virtual deployment/facilitation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through new practices, processes, or policies.
  • Proactively identify and manage T&L needs based on business requirements, needs analysis, and stakeholder/voice of customer input.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, to include supporting and implementing various HR solutions (i.e., tools, products, resources, and processes), providing input for enhancements while collaborating with HRBPs, managers, and employees to understand current challenges, recommending effective resolutions that align with HR solutions.
  • Define the operating model for assigned talent and learning programs and delivery including make vs. buy decisions, provider management, program design, implementation, and review / evaluation. Promote the leadership learning catalogue and collaborate with the Corporate People Development team.
  • Build strategic partnerships and relationships with third parties: universities, consultancies, coaches etc. to complement and enable the business strategy when required.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree and professional with 5-10 years’ experience in HR, either as HRBP or with a focus in talent management, learning or organization development. Preferred experience in competency definition and development, marketing, community engagement, project management, and/or learning architecture
  • Experience consulting and advising business leaders, HRBPs and key stakeholders on Talent and Learning needs
  • Experience with implementation of talent and learning initiatives in a global environment and working across multiple geographies and within a virtual team
  • Having a digital mindset with proficiency using Microsoft 365 as well as strong ability to design and facilitate virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, and learning programs.
  • Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues
  • Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders with a collaborative approach; being self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs; demonstrating resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues.
