To drive the next stage of our growth and profitability, we are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our Swiss business. As a key member of the Global Executive Team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our Swiss market and support our patients in Switzerland to lead healthier and happier lives.

The Role

  • Set a Transformative Vision: Drive the transformation of the Swiss operations for 2025, with a clear focus on achieving and sustaining profitability.

  • Inspire Leadership and Team Engagement: Coach and empower leaders while cultivating a vibrant, inclusive workplace where employees feel inspired, engaged, and motivated to contribute fully to our ambitious goals.

  • Deliver on Financial Commitments: Lead with accountability, achieving performance targets aligned with budget expectations in both revenue and cost management.

  • Executive Team Contributor: Play an essential role on the executive team, contributing to global growth initiatives and strategies.

  • Strategize for Success: Guide the CH Leadership team to define strategic actions that align with our mission, vision, and ambitious growth goals.

  • Data-Driven Performance Excellence: Ensure success by implementing metrics that track team performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement across all functions.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Build strong cross-functional partnerships within the Swiss organisation, promoting seamless collaboration and alignment that supports daily operational success.


About You

  • Proven track record of driving revenue and EBITDA growth through visionary leadership, transformative actions and innovation.

  • Energised by fast-paced environments and quick to take decisive action.

  • Extensive senior leadership experience with a history of inspiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Committed to fostering a positive, empowering culture where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.

  • Skilled in guiding teams through periods of change with resilience and adaptability.

  • Passionate about continuous improvement, setting a high standard, and leading by example.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic, impactful decision-making.

  • Experienced in managing remote teams and optimising virtual work models.

  • Confident communicator, highly proficient in English and German.
