At Eli Lilly, we are looking for a dynamic HSE Manager who will oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management at the Sesto Site. This role will ensure compliance with applicable laws, global procedures and policies and coordinate the HSE management system in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. The HSE Manager will report directly to the HSE Director—RSPP and will coordinate a team of three resources, including two professional profiles and a technician.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the health and safety aspects of the Sesto Site.

  • Coordinate the updating and maintenance of health and safety risk assessments.

  • Prepare for and manage external audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.

  • Maintain the HSE management system in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Support the investigation and analysis of health and safety incidents and events.

  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure readiness for potential incidents.

  • Lead and coordinate the team of the prevention and protection service.

  • Present and attend to HSE Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry.

  • Previous experience in similar HSE roles in a manufacturing context.

  • RSPP Certification is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and standards.

  • Previous supervisory/ leadership experience is required.

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

  • Ability to instill teamwork within the department and demonstrate key interpersonal skills.
