We are looking for a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR


Purpose of the Job: To plan and manage logistics activities, in the own job scope, in accordance with operations requirements.


Accountabilities:

  • Plan & Manage Inbound Transportation for Stock Entry
  • Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from internal logistic provider and external supplier
  • Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity, scrap in external different suppliers
  • Manage relationships with Suppliers and with the whole Supply Chain team to optimize deliveries and stock
  • Manage materials from incoming to delivery in Informatic Systems SAP - GSI
  • Manage documentation related to materials IN and OUT
  • Optimize the costs of the transports from internal or external warehouses
  • Contact the couriers or clients for logistic issues
  • Manage the costs and invoices for logistic /transport suppliers


Job requirements:

  • Degree in Management Engineening or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Technical Knowledge/experience:
    • Experience of at least 3 yrs in warehouse/logistics activities
    • Good knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and Excel
    • Knowledge of invoice, PO tool (Ariba, Inspire,..)
    • Knowledge of English

Job location: our Sites of Bologna, Florence or Rome.
