Due to our company’s continued growth and expansion, and to reinforce our Customer Service Team in Brügg, we are recruiting a professional for the position as

Job Description

Daily Business

  • Handle customer requests and complaints in English, French and/or German, providing information on delivery times and stock situation. Order processing and follow-up in contact with Logistics department.
  • Invoicing, credit notes, price control and export document control. Backorder management (inform the customers and collaborate with Production department for new delivery date). Follow-up and maintenance of goods returns.
  • New customer opening creation and maintenance in ERP system.
  • Review of open order reports and returns lists; communicate with team members and take appropriate actions.
  • Assure that pre-defined processes are followed and communicate proactively if processes must be updated to reflect the business needs.
  • Manage an appropriate filing system to conform auditing requests and prepare/check documents/reports for regular internal and external audits.
  • Active participation to company/department projects.

Team leading

  • Lead, train, coordinate and recruit Customer Service team members and prepare the employee’s performance reviews in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager.



Your profile

  • Completed administrative/commercial education (or equal) as well as several years’ experience in a similar role as Lead in a Customer Service – preferably within an international organization.
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, as well as good French and/or German skills. Every other language is a plus.
  • Proficient computer and MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Stress resistant and reliable personality with very good communication and leading skills.
  • Open-minded, flexible and service oriented with very good problem-solving skills.
