Main mission:

You will be the part of the team that delivers continuous value for the company and customers by elevating product performance and strengthening product appeal. You will have direct impact on supporting the success of a product through participation in product management activities, ensuring high product quality and competitiveness through innovation and continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities:

• Creating a self-sustainable testing workflow for quality assurance that elevates our product standards
• Write comprehensive technical content (user guides, training material, website content, etc.) for internal stakeholders and external clients as well as for trade shows and other events where company will participate
• Provide technical trainings to strengthen system knowledge
• Assist in product launch to showcase latest innovation
• Assist in companys tender process, helping to ensure new opportunities for growth
• Assess and prepare KPIs that foster product enhancement and excellence

Profile

• Technical educational background
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of technologies such as Azure, API is an advantage, as well as knowledge of programming languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Ability to cope with and manage change
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Self-starter and proactive personality
• Fluency in English and French

Work-location: Navori office in Lausanne
